Myers Andras Sherman Zarrabian LLP (MASZ) is organized around two major practice areas:  assisting clients in protection of intellectual property and in transaction of intellectual property.  Within these practice areas, our work can be divided into several areas of specialization, including prosecution of patents, trademarks, copyrights; licensing and litigation of patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret matters.

Our clients vary from individuals with a single matter to some of the world’s largest corporations.  Nevertheless, we pride ourselves on offering each client the same respect and representation regardless of their size.  We represent our clients’ interests locally and around the globe.  The personal consideration MASZ provides to clients is to specifically eliminate unnecessary constraints placed upon the clients by typical law firm bureaucracy.  The partners of MASZ collectively have over one hundred (100) years experience in acquiring, licensing, litigating and protecting intellectual property rights.  MASZ is applying new solutions to strategically partner with its clients to acquire assess, plan and protect their technologies, inventions and ideas.  We strive to achieve a successful outcome on behalf of each client and we ensure that each client always receives personal attention.  Given the nature of our firm’s practice and the necessary overlap of several areas of law, we employ a team approach when appropriate.  We combine the talents of our various professionals while maintaining each client’s personal relationship with their chosen professional.  In this manner, each client has the personal contact with a single while also having the most advanced legal resources available today.  Furthermore, our state-of-the-art communications, computer and support systems allows our firm to be more responsive to our clients’ needs and reduce costs by eliminating many of the inefficiencies common in a legal practice.
