Vic is a partner of the firm and is registered to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office.  Vic advises clients on building intellectual property portfolios,  and developing strategies to enforce or avoid infringement of intellectual property rights.  Vic is also regularly engaged in patent litigation, trademark litigation, patent prosecution, patentability and infringement opinions, trademark prosecution, copyright prosecution and TTAB oppositions and cancellations.
